Great Clips in the UT Gateway to open Saturday

“We are really excited to be here in the UT Gateway to be able to offer great hair cuts at great prices,” said Katie Hines, general manager.
The salon will offer discounted $4.99 haircuts for all customers during the first three weeks of business with no appointment necessary.
The Great Clips salon is the second business in the Gateway to open for business. Barnes & Noble celebrated its grand opening on July 11. Other businesses are expected to open in the coming weeks with all in operation by early fall.
The Gateway Project also will include Gradkowski’s Sports Grille, Jimmy John’s, YogurtU and other retailers. The upper floors of the development has the Lofts at Gateway apartments with 48 units that will house 112 UT students in two- and four-bedroom modern, fully furnished apartments.
The Great Clips salon will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday. Business hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. weekdays and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sundays.
